USASA FREERIDE SERIES - FEB. 26th

The next arm of the Idaho Mountain USASA Freeride Series takes place this Saturday, February 26th at Little Ski Hill outside of McCall, ID. Events include Slopestyle and GS. LITTLE SKI HILL RAIL JAM SATURDAY

The Boardroom is proud to sponsor this weekends upcoming Little Ski Rail Jam taking place this Saturday, February 26th. Registration is 4-5pm with the Jam starting at 6pm. Cost of entry is $5. All proceeds go back into Little Ski Hills Park and improvements. 3RD RAIL JAM - FEB. 12TH - BOGUS BASIN

Snowboarders battle it out and show off their skills along with Hip-Hop MC battles, Graffiti Art and an After-Party. Heads will roll when Bogus Basin' 1st Annual stop for the 3rd Rail Jam goes down. The Boardroom will be in attendance holding an On-Snow Demo so come out check all that's happening for the 3rd Rail Jam Saturday, February 12th and try out some newly enhanced shred tools to boot!

PEREGRINE FUND BOARD RAFFLE

The Boardroom teamed up with the Peregrine Fund to raffle off a couple LibTech Snowboards donated by Travis Rice. The Boardroom sold raffle tickets for the chance to win one of two LibTech TRice boards featuring birds of prey. All proceeds went to the Peregrine Fund and support their programs. Special thanks to our friend Jack @ Birds Of Prey. Featured are the lucky winners, Mace Rogers and Jeff Pomeroy. Enjoy those new shred sticks guys!

Nine demos & 3 mountain resorts gives you plenty of opportunities to get out and shred on some of the finest, innovative product in the industry. The Boardroom is an authorized national demo center for Bataleon snowboards and will have all models and sizes on-snow for you to experience Bataleon's patented Triple Base Technology (TBT). MOVIE PREMIER WRAP UP 2010

The Boardroom's 13th Annual Movie Premier went off Friday, September 24th and was a blast! This years premier featured the World Premier of Alterna Films Hello World. Special thanks goes out to Carlo at Alterna for making shit happen and getting the film through customs and into the states just before showtime. Other films included Volcom's 9191 and Standard Films The Storming. We had Tim from Volcom in the house along with Sweaty from C3, Holden and Thirty-Two. They were kept busy at their booths all night shlepping goods out to movie goers. We had huge raffles, dance parties, massive prize giveaways and more. Good times had by all. Thanks to all our sponsors, partners and supporters of this annual event. See you next year.

ROCK FOR RHODES SEPT26

Come out to celebrate skateboarding and the music arts at the 1st Annual Rock For Rhodes event. This Sunday from 2-6pm. Live Music, Live skateboarding, Food, Raffles and more! All proceeds will go to Go Listen Boise and the Boise Skateboard Association and the improvement of Rhodes skate park. Several bands will be playing throughout the day and several talented skateboarders will be killing the mobile park as well as Rhodes staple park features. Come down and support this great cause and we can all build and better Rhodes together!

BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB SK8 DEMO

Wednesday Sept. 15th 4pm-6pm The BoardRoom skateboard team held a skateboard demo at the Garden City Boys & Girls Club. Club kids got to watch some talented skateboarding done on ramps, rails and fun boxes. The skate team also facilitated a skateboard clinic where kids could learn new techniques to improve their skills as well as the importance of safety and playing a positive role in the skateboard community. Following the demo, The Boardroom presented the Garden City Boys & Girls Club with several skateboards for kids to check out and get involved in skateboarding. A big thanks to the Garden City Boys & Girls Club for hosting the demo. We'll see you next time!

GIVE YOUR JEANS A CHANCE

The Boardroom has teamed up with Volcom for the Give Jeans A Chance Promotion running August 1st through September 30th, 2010. We have collected a lot of denim so far but we need more. Please help out the homeless in our local community by Giving your jeans a chance. Wether it's 1 pair or 5 pair, anything helps. You can drop off your old denim at The Boardroom seven days a week. Denim you donate will earn you a Bumper Sticker, Pin or Volcom trucker cap, along with a chance to win a grip of Volcom denim. Most importantly, you will be helping out someone truly in need. So, please bring down that old pair of jeans and support this great cause in our local community.

This is it...After four qualifying competitions, The Boardrooms New Blood Finals are coming up, Saturday, August 28th at the Caldwell Skate Plaza. A Sponsored division has been added to the format for the finals. Competition entry is free to everyone who obtained "Golden Tickets" in the previous New Blood comps. NATIONAL GO SKATE DAY 2010

Celebrate skateboarding with your friends from TBR at our 3rd Annual National Go Skateboarding Day Celebration, this Saturday, June 19th at Eagle Skate Park off Horseshoes Bend Rd. Even though N.G.S.D. is technically the Summer Solstice on June 21st, we couldn't wait! We wanted to hold this festival on the weekend when both skaters and their families can come out and enjoy in all we have going on. Live DJ's will battle it out throughout the day, a 40ft graffiti wall, Skate comps (including "New Blood" Stop 2), Free BBQ and Beverages, Dunk Tank, Raffle, Design your own deck booth and more. St. Lukes will be on Hand to promote safe skateboarding and good times will be had by all. The festival kicks off at 11am and will run until 5pm. So come out and show your support for skateboarding and enjoy all the activities we have going on this year.

"NEW BLOOD" - AND SO IT BEGINS

Come out to Tully Skate Park Tomorrow for Round 1 of our New Blood Skate Series. This comp series is for non sponsored competitors, designed to give the local up and coming talent a taste of competition with a little less pressure. Winners will recieve "Golden Tickets" automatically qualifying for the finals at Caldwell Skate Plaza in August. Check out the attached flyer for more details, dates and times. This is a free skate comp. Helmets are required along with release of liability waiver. Athletes under 18 years of age will need a signature from a Parent or Guardian to compete. Let's do this!

Good Times were had by all at The BoardRoom' movie premier this year. The Black Winter and Elektro films were off the hook. Thanks to everyone who came down to support our event and share in the excitement of another upcoming snow season. TBR proudly presents it's 12th annual movie premier in the heart of the city of trees at The Basque Center, Friday, October 9th. Doors 6pm - Premier 7pm.
